How are engagements priced?
Fixed-scope for assessments and most MCP builds; milestone-based for larger implementations. You'll always see the full scope and price before we start.
Do I have to start with an assessment?
No. If you already know what you need — like a specific MCP integration — we can scope a build directly. The assessment is the right entry point when priorities are still unclear.
Who owns what we build?
You do. Code, infrastructure, documentation — everything we build in an engagement is yours, delivered in your environment.
Are there ongoing costs?
Only if you want them. Retained support for maintenance, new integrations, and platform updates is optional and scoped separately.
What about AI platform licensing?
Platform subscriptions — Claude, Azure OpenAI, Copilot, and others — are contracted directly between you and the vendor. We help you choose and right-size them, and we don't take resale margins.
